Associate Director Corporate Partnerships

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to join a mission-focused healthcare organization as an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships. Hybrid Opportunity – Boston, MA (2–3 days onsite is required.)This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building meaningful corporate and foundation partnerships that drive impact and innovation in healthcare.Reporting to senior leadership within Corporate & Foundation Relations, this individual will play a key role in developing and growing high-value corporate partnerships and foundation relationships in support of critical healthcare initiatives and community programs.What You’ll Be DoingManage and grow a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners capable of six- and seven-figure supportDevelop and execute strategic partnership and engagement plansBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leadership, and external partnersLead cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal strategiesOversee proposal development, reporting, budgeting, and partnership fulfillmentCollaborate cross-functionally with development, communications, and leadership teamsMentor and support team members while helping drive departmental growth and innovationUtilize CRM tools and portfolio metrics to monitor performance and fundraising successWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree required7+ years of progressive experience in development, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or strategic salesProven success managing high-level relationships and complex partnership strategiesStrong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skillsExperience working within large, matrixed organizationsPrior nonprofit, healthcare, hospital, academic medical center, or mission-driven experienceLeadership and staff management experienceAbility to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environmentWhy This Opportunity?This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and passionate team dedicated to advancing healthcare access, innovation, and community support.If you have the qualifications and nonprofit or mission-driven partnership experience we would love to hear from you.
