Senior Vice President (SVP) of AI InfrastructureLocation: Hanoi, Vietnam (Full Executive Relocation & Premium Expat Suite) Compensation: $1,000,000+ USD Total Compensation (Customized Executive Package) The Opportunity: Architecting a National AI CoreVinSmart Future (formerly VinIT), a subsidiary of Vingroup, is building the foundational "Digital Core" that powers a unified ecosystem serving millions of users across mobility, healthcare, and commerce. As the SVP of AI Infrastructure, you will lead a founding leadership mission with total ownership over one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure roadmaps in Southeast Asia. This is a "Greenfield" build with no legacy constraints, backed by a massive commitment to hyperscale compute.The Mission: Hyperscale & Frontier SystemsWe are investing in a long-term vision to develop multi-GW AI data center capacity and large-scale GPU compute clusters for frontier model training at a national scale. You will own the end-to-end stack, from physical data center design to sophisticated distributed training and inference platforms. Executive Mandate & OwnershipNational-Scale Architecture: Design the full stack of AI infrastructure, scaling from multi-MW to a 3–4GW roadmap. GPU Orchestration at Scale: Oversee the deployment and operation of massive clusters, scaling from initial hundreds toward 10,000+ GPUs. Infrastructure Strategy: Drive critical decisions on power density, liquid and air cooling, and rack design for AI-ready data centers. Global Ecosystem Leadership: Own the vendor ecosystem and strategic partnerships with global leaders like NVIDIA, major OEMs, and infrastructure partners. Organizational Transformation: Build and lead a world-class AI infrastructure organization, defining the engineering culture and hiring standards for a new era. Who We Are SeekingWe are looking for a visionary "builder" with a track record of scaling systems at the highest global levels (hyperscale cloud, frontier AI labs, or HPC environments). You are a fit if you possess elite expertise in at least one of these domains: Distributed AI/Compute: Experience building large-scale distributed training systems or high-performance GPU clusters. AI Platforms: Deep understanding of LLMs, training pipelines, and serving models to millions of users. Hardware Infrastructure: Mastery of MW-scale data centers, high-density compute, and advanced cooling systems.
