The nurse is responsible for accurate documentation, patient education, and maintaining safety standards throughout patient care./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Perform thorough and systematic assessments of patients across the lifespan./n- Deliver competent clinical care and support patient care activities effectively./n- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient records./n- Respond professionally to patients, families, and co-workers to enhance patient satisfaction./n- Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize proper safety protocols./n- Tailor individual patient care based on specific conditions and procedures./n- Assess patient understanding and provide education regarding surgical procedures./n- Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate pre-admission requirements./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- 2 years of critical care experience required./n- Active RN License in the state of practice./n- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required./n- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
