Ag Service Technician
The Reynolds Farm Equipment Ag Service Technician diagnoses and repairs complex heavy equipment, off road, construction, and lawn equipment for the customers and the dealership. This position helps create lifetime customers by being efficient and timely on repairs and diagnoses. Ag Service Technician provides clear communication on status of equipment repairs and inspections while being descriptive with work orders. The Ag Service Technician must practice confidentiality both in and out of dealership and maintain positive attitude while working to improve teamwork between all dealership personnel.
