Volunteer Coordinator (2026-2027) - Crossroads Elementary

Join us for the 2026-2027 school year! Crossraods Elementary School is looking for a motivated, positive individual to provide specialized services for CES in relation to parents and/or the community. This role will focus on coordinating volunteers and supporting school staff through recruiting and training school volunteers. Position Details Hours: 3 hours per day Contract Length: 177 days per year 170 school days7 planning days Contract Adjustments: Contracted days will be prorated based on the start date Employment Status: Part-time (not eligible for benefits) Employment Type: 10-month employee on the classified pay schedule Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or GEDDocumentation: Candidates must provide proof of educational requirements to HR upon recommendation for hire. Compensation & Experience CreditStarting Pay (Step 0): $16.46/hourExperienced Pay (Step 10): $17.78/hour Payroll Note: While this is an hourly position, the salary is distributed via a year-long contract over 10 months. You will receive 4 paychecks at the end of June. Salary Formula: Hours per day × Hourly rate = Daily rate Daily rate × Contracted days = Annual salary.
