Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

HIRING PART-TIME TRAINER - Ideally looking for a Wednesday and Friday 4p to 7p position with occasional Saturdays 630a-1030a. The Trainer is responsible for upholding company standards and providing an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering community and helping our clients achieve their goals. The trainer has a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. The Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), creating an environment of support to exceed our client’s expectations. Requires a self-motivated and achievement-oriented attitude with an energetic and out-going personality, is able to work in a faster paced environment interacting with a variety of people and situations and is able to adapt to a wide range of abilities and fitness levels from person to person and camp to camp. Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications: Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4 year Exercise Science degree is a must CPR/AED certified Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Ability to multi-task and stay organized Excellent communication and customer service skills 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching preferred.
