Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
HIRING PART-TIME TRAINER - Ideally looking for a Wednesday and Friday 4p to 7p position with occasional Saturdays 630a-1030a. Other hours available as needed

The Trainer is responsible for upholding company standards and providing an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering community and helping our clients achieve their goals. The trainer has a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients and providing a positive community for change. The Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), creating an environment of support to exceed our client’s expectations.
Requires a self-motivated and achievement-oriented attitude with an energetic and out-going personality, is able to work in a faster paced environment interacting with a variety of people and situations and is able to adapt to a wide range of abilities and fitness levels from person to person and camp to camp.
Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications:
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4 year Exercise Science degree is a must
CPR/AED certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Excellent communication and customer service skills
1+ year experience in personal training or coaching preferred. Don't have the experience? Tell us how you'd be a great fit and we are willing to train the right candidate
