Job Full DescriptionResponsibilities:Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes according to job specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawingsSelect and install proper tooling, fixtures, and materialsMonitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracyInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsMaintain quality standards and complete production documentationPerform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and safeReport issues with tooling, materials, or equipment to supervisorsQualifications:Previous CNC operating experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and follow detailed instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspectionAbility to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGastonia, NC 2388 543 Cox Road Suite A Gastonia, NC 28054
