Whether you're already active in real estate or working toward entering the industry, you'll gain valuable experience, strengthen your sales skills, and grow within a supportive, results-driven team environment.First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+If you're looking for a fast-paced position with strong income potential and a clear path to grow in real estate, apply today, and let's talk about your next step.Compensation:$150,300 - $296,400 yearlyResponsibilities:Engage with inbound leads promptly, fostering initial connections and building rapport.Qualify potential buyers and sellers through effective questioning to understand their needs and motivations.Schedule appointments for our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to consultation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system, supporting team efficiency.Collaborate with team members to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.Provide timely follow-up with prospects, nurturing relationships and keeping them informed of market opportunities.Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about industry trends.Qualifications:Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients over the phone and through digital channels.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools to track and convert leads.Knowledge of the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara real estate market is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with a team to strategize and implement sales techniques and approaches.About CompanyHere at KW Palo Alto, we share a special community that comes from our shared values.
