Armed Site Supervisor

ARMED SITE SUPERVISOR Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Must currently hold or be able to successfully obtain NCPPSB Unarmed and Armed Guard certifications Ability to pass all required background checks and drug screening Preferred Requirements Active NCPPSB Armed Guard certification at the time of hire Prior experience supervising armed security personnel Experience with scheduling, incident reporting, and enforcement of post orders Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emergency situations Client-facing or contract security experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
