We interpret raw clinical data to generate real-time, highly focused, predictive insights that clinicians and hospital administrators can leverage to dramatically augment the management of care delivery – facilitating critical decisions, scaling clinical workforces through automation, and improving the financial position of health systems.What you’ll do:Lead and manage the clinical UM team to ensure that all Iodine clients are able to successfully adopt the UM product and achieve a successful ROI.Drive individual Clinical UM team members behaviors to ensure client success through regular monitoring of client data and identification of action plans .Develop and coach individual UM Clinical Program Consultants to provide appropriate education, mentoring and clinical support to client leaders and end users that ensures client satisfaction and expected outcomes .Execute processes and programs to improve client engagement and adoption to mitigate client risk and drive value resulting in renewal and expansion opportunities.Foster and manage strong, strategic, long-term client relationships with client decision-makers and industry influencers.Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and work directly with clients and internal departments to ensure resolution occurs.Report out on client health to Iodine leadership, proactively identify risk clients and provide mitigation strategies as needed.Advocate for product enhancements/new features and influence roadmap planning, based on client input and needs.Drive innovation of the Iodine Software products and establish best practice workflows for internal and external users.Maintain client loyalty by coaching the UM clinical team to serve their clients above and beyond their expectations.Work to be seen as an industry thought leader.Enhance the client experience through SME articles provided within the Iodine Software.Collaborate with the Data Science and Product teams to provide subject matter expertise for product development and enhancement.What we’d love to see:Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Bachelor’s degree in another field with Associate’s degree in nursing 10+ years in a clinical role3+ years of work experience in a inpatient hospital UM/UR roleExperience with MCG and InterqualProgressive growth in clinical leadershipStaff management experienceProgram strategy and goal setting experienceStrong persuasion skills to assist customers who have difficulty with change managementExperience presenting to othersStrong verbal and writing client-facing communications skills are needed to both gather information, ideas and to present features and functionalityExperience with communicating through conflict to achieve agreed upon outcomesExperience working/managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks while staying on track and meeting commitmentsExperience identifying opportunities and potential gaps in order to contribute proactive ideas for improvementExperience managing timelines and evolving client expectations and deliverables including prioritizing and escalationAbility to travel up to 40%, as necessaryTravel schedule is based upon client need and availabilityPreferred Requirements:Credentialed in UM/URMaster’s degree in a clinical field, business or healthcare related fieldExperience in client management with a healthcare technology or consulting companyCollaborator DNA with a desire to solve for the interests of our clients and of our businessPositive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed expectations and ability to work extended hours when necessaryWhat we offer:Health Benefits Package: Medical, Vision, DentalTelehealthPharmacy ResourcesSavings and Spending AccountsLife & AD&D InsuranceDisability InsuranceTravel Assistance and ID Theft ProtectionAccident InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsurancePet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramLifestyle Spending BenefitLegal Plan 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and MatchCompany EquityWhy should you join Iodine?This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, rapidly growing team and help us improve a key piece of the organization.
