We're looking for motivated individuals to help us bring that same level of service to more families.About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath remodeling solutions.This is a commission-based, outside sales role where you'll use company-provided technology to design, present, and close sales in customers' homes.Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales systemDesign personalized bath solutions using our softwareProvide pricing and close sales during appointmentsAttend weekly training sessions to enhance sales skillsWhat We're Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPrevious in-home or outside sales experience preferredHome improvement or remodeling experience is a plusReliable transportation and local residency requiredConfidence presenting and closing in a face-to-face environmentSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplinedComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven settingCompensation & Structure (California Compliant) Expected annual earnings: $100,000 – $180,000+This is a commission-based position; earnings are base on individual performanceUncapped commission structure with additional bonus opportunitiesTop performers may exceed the stated rangeAdditional Benefits Flexible schedulePre-qualified leads provided (no cold calling)Ongoing sales training and developmentWhy Join Us?
