This role will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective evaluation, implementation, and support of business systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between IT teams, business partners, and stakeholdersAnalyze and support S&OP processes and related applicationsWrite and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reportingSupport database-related tasks, including testing and implementationAssist in modernization initiatives, including application migrationsCoordinate changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide day-to-day supportCollaborate with team members on ongoing and future projectsRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degree with 10+ years of experience, orBachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experienceStrong experience with S&OP processesSolid SQL and database knowledgeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with modernization or mainframe migration projectsFamiliarity with ServiceNowKnowledge of ERP systems or IBM mainframe environments
