Family Medicine Physician (Sign-on & Relocation Given) - Gainesville, GA
Job DescriptionTitle: Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Gainesville, GAShift: Full-time (4- or 5-day work-week)Sign-on & Relocation provided!Responsibilities:Educate patients on wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and resources to the patients and their families.Determine which referrals are required based upon examination and patient needs.Determine level of urgency of follow-up referral consultation appointments.Exercises final medical judgment in all issues of healthcare.Prescribes medical treatment and clinical drugs to patients.Requirements:MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineActive, unrestricted Georgia medical licenseActive DEA licenseClean background with no malpractice historyBenefits:Malpractice coverageCME allowancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with employer matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance For more information, contact:Manisha Palli |
