Our ideal candidate is someone with solid clinical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our patients and our team. This role requires a strong understanding of dentistry and great communication skills to ensure the highest standards of patient care and comfort.This position is for 2 days per week, with potential for 3 days if desired. We allow 60 minutes for each patient and have a hygiene assistant to help with charting, room turn overs and sterilization.DutiesDeliver high-quality preventative care, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.Collaborate closely with the dentists and clinical team.Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of infection control.Build lasting relationships with patients and promote oral health awareness.Utilize digital imaging.Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies to provide the best care possible.Experience1 year experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, however new graduates are welcome to apply!Registered Dental Hygienist License (Required)Nitrous Oxide Permit (Required)Local anesthesia endorsementExcellent communication skills with both patients and team membersBenefits401K with matchFlex SpendingIn house Dental Care for employees and immediate familyUniform allowanceCEMore Benefits included with 3 day/week position
