We are looking for people who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference every day.Summary of Position: Assist in training and supporting all Servers to be proficient in serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.Responsibilities:Provide training and support to less experienced Restaurant staff by modeling professionalism with guests and other employeesEnsure accuracy with all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of POS system(s)Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specialsProficient and honest in cash handling and credit card transactionsAssist Restaurant management with coaching of restaurant staff and maintain thorough knowledge of Company’s Restaurant operating proceduresEnsure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company proceduresAssist Restaurant management with timely and accurate sales and tips reports and cash/credit card receiptsModel teamwork and help restaurant management meet business objectivesOther duties per Duties Checklist and as requested PositionRequirements:Possess ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policyExcellent customer service and people skillsMust be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shiftsExcellent communication skillsBe a team player capable of encouraging others in a positive mannerAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squattingMajority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other peopleEducation and Experience:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment Resort/National Park Concession preferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
