Part-Time Instructors - Women's Studies

The Compton Community College District is accepting applications for part‑time faculty to teach Women’s Studies courses. Required Qualifications Valid California Community College Credential in an appropriate subject. Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of college students. For candidates lacking the listed credentials, a supplemental application explaining equivalence must be submitted. Compensation Hourly rate: $44.79 – $72.27, based on education and experience. Conditions of Employment Offer and acceptance of employment is subject to verification of all information provided on the employment application, credentials, transcripts, fingerprint results, and tuberculosis examination as required. Candidates selected must provide verification of work authorization in the form of a passport, valid driver’s license, or other equivalent identification.
