The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. The candidate must have strong Excel knowledge, familiarity with invoicing, and management experience. Key Responsibilities: Pack items into designated containers or pallets according to company standards and best practices. Load shipments into the delivery vehicle individually. Read and follow shipping manifests accurately. Assist warehouse personnel as needed. Work in cold storage units as needed. Assist in organizing the warehouse for efficient operations. Display exceptional attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Excel and other management tracking software. Manage invoicing tasks, including processing, and ensuring accuracy of orders. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Authorized to work in the United States. Valid Driver's License is required. Proficiency in English is a must. Flexibility with work hours is essential for this position (will be expected to cover overnight shifts when necessary). Physical fitness to perform the job duties effectively. Strong Excel, computer, and math skills are required. Familiarity with produce and meat handling is a plus. Experience with invoicing is a plus. Experience driving box trucks is a plus.
