The position is primarily general dermatology (no surgery required).You will see your own patient panel with built-in physician collaborationPatient volumes are around 32 per dayClinical ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive skin examsEvaluate and manage dermatologic conditions and lesionsDiagnose and treat skin cancers and common medical dermatology concernsProvide high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive team environmentTeam & Collaboration2 collaborating physicians3 PA-Cs currently on staffSupported by a team of ~10 MAsSchedule & Work-Life BalanceMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNo nights, weekends, rounding, or callExcellent work-life balanceCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed base salary: $120,000–$130,000 (based on 2 years of experience)Additional compensation: Percentage of collectionsEstimated total compensation: $160,000+PTO: 3 weeksCME: $1,500 allowanceMalpractice insurance: Fully coveredCandidate QualificationsCertified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or NP in the state of FLMinimum 2 years of dermatology experience requiredStrong clinical skills with confidence managing an independent patient panelIdeal Candidate TraitsCaring and empathetic bedside mannerHard-working, dependable, and humbleTeam-oriented with a strong sense of professionalismCommitted to long-term growth within a practiceLocation & RelocationFlorida license required (or ability to obtain)Open to candidates relocating to Florida who are serious about the move
