ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, cloud systemsEnsure high system availability for ERP, MES, CAD/CAM, and quality systemsOversee backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningManage IT vendors, software licenses, and service contractsImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC readinessEnsure protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and export-controlled data (ITAR)Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident responseSupport internal and external audits (AS9100, customer audits, ITAR compliance)Support ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, or similar) and shop floor systemsCollaborate with Engineering on CAD/CAM, PDM/PLM systemsEnsure connectivity and reliability of production equipment interfaces (if applicable)Ensure timely resolution of user issuesDevelop IT training and user awareness programs (especially cybersecurity)Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurationsExperience in manufacturing environment required (preferably aerospace or defense)J-18808-Ljbffr
