Remote Psychologist

Licensed Psychologist – VA Disability Evaluations (Remote)The Judge Group is seekinglicensed doctoral-level Psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)to conductVA mental health disability evaluationsfor Veterans. This is anassessment‑only, non‑treatmentrole focused on providing high‑quality clinical evaluations and medical opinions in alignment with VA guidelines.Schedule & Compensation 100% Remote Assessment-only role (no treatment or prescribing) Flexible schedule — set your own hours (minimum of 15 to 20 hrs/week) Paid per completed assessment, not hourly** Compensation per telehealth evaluation varies depending on the exam type and complexity Payment is issued once thetelehealth visit and required documentation (DBQ/charting) are completed and submittedDocumentation expectations: Psychologists are expected to complete theDBQ/charting during or shortly after the telehealth appointment whenever possible If documentation is not completed immediately, providers are allotted time after each appointment for chart completion Veterans arenot scheduled back-to-backto allow time for documentation Charting should generally takeno more than about one hour Providers haveup to 48 hours after the telehealth appointmentto submit completed documentation if it was not finalized immediatelyTelehealth appointment lengths vary depending on the type of exam, typically ranging fromshort follow-up evaluations to longer initial mental health assessments.What You’ll Do Conduct Mental Disorder Exams (MDEs) including PTSD, Depression, MST, Anxiety, Eating Disorders CompleteCompensation & Pension (C&P)mental health evaluations (one‑time assessments; no treatment) Review behavioral health records and testing requests Perform non‑physician clinical reviews Participate in peer consultations, team meetings, and required trainings Submit reports/documentation following VA standards and HIPAA guidelinesRequired Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from anAPA-accredited program Active, unrestricted psychologist license(independent practice) 2+ years post‑licensureclinical experience Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams/Zoom/Webex) Secure home office + reliable high‑speed internetPreferred (Not Required) Prior VA C&P exam experience ABPP Diplomate or ASPPB CPQ Managed care or peer review experience Experience with testing, higher levels of care, SUD, adolescents, or EBTsWhy This Role Matters This is a meaningful opportunity to support Veterans by providing objective, high‑quality psychological evaluations— no ongoing therapy, no prescribing, no disability determinations.Just focused on clinical assessment work in a flexible, remote setting.
