Embark on a vibrant career as you join us on our mission: connecting life and land.Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations LeadershipDispatch and oversee daily crew executionProactively manage schedule changes, weather, and emergenciesEnsure work is completed on time, on budget, and to our standardCommunicate clearly with clients to provide updates and confirm changesQuality & Client ExperienceMaintain the highest standards of service across all propertiesProactively respond to quality control reports and ensure issues are resolvedProtect and strengthen client relationships through proactive communicationEfficiency & ProfitabilityMonitor and improve:Billable vs. paid timeJob costing (actual vs. estimated)Identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutionsSupport department gross profit targets (approximately 40%)Systems & TechnologyImplement and champion tools that improve operationsTrain team members and ensure adoption across the departmentLead with and optimize platforms like LMN (Landscape Management Network)Operations & AdministrationOversee scheduling, routing, and job trackingManage both internal and client communicationCoordinate with administration to ensure billing accuracyLeadership & Team DevelopmentTackle team challenges, enhance performance, and ensure accountabilityParticipate in the hiring process, shape team structure, and facilitate trainingGuide Property Managers (Crew Leaders) and positively influence their crewsKey Indicators of SuccessStrong efficiency metrics across crewsQuick resolution of quality control issuesHigh client retention (focused on service)Consistent achievement of margin targets for jobsContinuous improvement of systems as the company expandsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilitiesMust be able to access and navigate project sites, which entail elevation changes and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions (i.e., extreme cold, direct sun)Valid drivers license with clean motor vehicle report, in accordance with our hiring processAbility to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening prior to hiringMust be able to lift 80 pounds at timesCompensationCompetitive salary and base pay details are reserved for discussion with candidates during the interview process.
