QAQC Engineer - E&I

🔹 Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Certified Quality Auditor (IRCA) is mandatory; IRCA Lead Auditor registration preferred. Strong experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, preferably LNG shutdown projects under live operating conditions. Experience in QA/QC planning, inspections, and contractor oversight across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. Knowledge of IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, and ATEX/IECEx 60079 standards. Experience with ITPs, FAT/SAT, NCR/CAR management, root cause analysis, punch-list closure, and quality audits.
