Job PurposeThis position will oversee the sales, merchandising, training and shop-in-shop operations and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience. This position has oversight on all departmental sales processes and procedures, maintaining and continually reviewing all elements of the business to ensure a streamlined and profitable business.As a key member of the Analog: Shift leadership team, this role includes general oversight to all sales channels and acts as a liaison between the Analog:Shift home office and the Watches of Switzerland US store network. This role is vital in maintaining open support channels for HQ, store management, sales teams and customers. This role will have oversight in the creation and delivery of performance targets, product allocation, product purchasing, merchandising of in-store displays and shop-in-shops.ResponsibilitiesTraining of the Analog:Shift business for store management, sales teams including coaching individuals on Analog:Shift brand principles and sales techniques to draw out full potential in each location.Managing product allocation, fulfilment, and forecasting for each door in the network.Assessing procurement needs and communicating with buying teams for product selectionsTraining and management of Analog:Shift best practices for visual merchandising in store.Ensuring sales and profit margin targets are within company targets.Oversight and input in the creation of sales targets, KPIs and training.Competitor analysis to ensure the brand is within market audience and provide guidance where needed.Representing the Analog:Shift brand and department with internal and external partners.Participate in special events, off-site brand representations and store trainings that may be out of hours asCompletions of all duties as assigned by managementExperienceExceptional timepiece product knowledgePrior Luxury retail management experienceProven track record of Management achievementsProven record of inspiring and motivating teamsProven record of successful distribution, allocation and reporting practicesSales and Merchandising training experienceSales Trend Reporting and AnalysisSkillsAbility to develop, implement and manage business strategies that show quantifiable resultsAbility to manage operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvementsAbility to understand, analyse and report on sales performance across a multi-door selling environment.High functioning Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching skillset.IT literate with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume businessAbility to support Sales, Management, and Operations Teams by effectively providing solutions in a timely and friendly mannerAbility to function as a Brand Ambassador for internal and external vendors and clients.
