This role involves loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with operational procedures. The position requires prior forklift experience and the ability to work assigned overnight shifts in a structured schedule.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered forklifts and industrial trucksLoad, unload, move, and stage materials safely and efficientlyTransport materials throughout warehouse and production areas as neededInspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operationFollow all safety procedures and operational guidelinesMaintain accurate handling of materials to support inventory controlAssist with general warehouse duties as assignedEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCommunicate any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisorsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of forklift or industrial truck operating experience requiredAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, elevating platforms, or similar)Strong attention to safety and detailAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environmentAbility to work overnight 3rd shift schedule, including extended shifts (12-hour days as scheduled)Ability to work weekends as required (Sunday–Wednesday schedule)EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWork Experience1–3 years of forklift or warehouse equipment operation experience required
