In addition to learning our business and pleasing customers with our authentic sub sandwiches, you’ll gain a new level of social decorum to carry forward in life.Join our tradition and grow with us in a strong, community-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including store sales and volume.Maintain quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.Achieve and manage profit margin goals.Create and manage employee schedules.Place inventory orders and manage procurement.Lead employee training and lead by example.Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.QualificationsEducation: High school degree or equivalent2 Year QSR experience preferredOther: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicerServe Safe Certification - Food HandlerMust have reliable transportationKey CompetenciesExcellent menu and product knowledge; strong personalityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDesire to improve self and skill setsAbility to communicate effectively with guestsParticipate in Jersey Mike's training programsAbility to meet scheduling requirements and be a reliable performerThis website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems.
