Join us today and live our values: lead with heart, cultivate trust, go beyond.Position SummaryReporting to the Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships, the Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and growing client relationships to expand Careforth’s services across geographies and business lines. This individual will use a consultative sales approach to manage external client relationships with senior clinical, innovation and business stakeholders at the national and state level. This individual will have experience establishing relationships and selling across multiple health care product lines including Medicaid, Medicare, Duals, D-SNP, and Commercial businesses. The Senior Relationship Manager will drive utilization of services, serving as an evangelist for the power of caregiver engagement on improving health and payer outcomes. In collaboration with senior leadership, this individual will also work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop proposals and solidify contracts.What You Will DoEstablish and cultivate strong relationships with client partners at all levels of the organization to initiate and expand Careforth’s services across geographies and business lines.Present Careforth’s products to new clients to close contracts that drive membership and revenue; negotiate the successful renewal of contracts to retain existing partners.Drive client satisfaction, retention and business expansion; create and maintain winning account strategies for all assigned accounts; typically assigned to large and complex accounts.Achieve lead, activation and revenue targets for assigned accounts.Effectively lead members of Careforth’s broad cross functional team to successfully achieve account goals.Consistently perform Quarterly Business Reviews and provide reporting to demonstrate the value of Careforth’s products.Serve as consultant and thought leader with clients, providing expertise on clinical outcomes, customer experience, caregiver engagement, and technology solutions.Collaborate with internal stakeholder’s, Marketing, Clinical, and Technology teams, to share market insights and influence Careforth’s product, engagement and messaging strategies to meet client needs and fuel growth.Stay current on market developments, client businesses, industry trends, competitors and market opportunities.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring7+ years of healthcare experience in account management, program management, consulting, sales or marketing.Experience working with health plan product management, clinical leadership, quality or population health partners.Proven track record of successfully selling new clients and managing large, complex accounts and client relationships to achieve targets.Experience selling to/consulting with senior healthcare leaders; existing relationships with stakeholders within the healthcare industry a plus.Experience working in a Medicare, Medicaid and/or Dual Eligible environment, with health plan payers is required.Strong consultative skills with proven ability to understand complex client needs and present compelling solutions/approaches.Excellent relationship building and presentation skillsProven ability to think strategically while managing multiple client account plans in a fast-paced matrixed environment.Moderate travel required, based on business needs.
