Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance their skills. Manage all phases of litigation from operational and procedural perspectives. Support trial and hearing preparation by overseeing relevant materials. Draft, review, and organize legal documents efficiently. Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research. Ensure compliance with citation standards during quality checks. Organize and maintain all case-related documentation. Implement organizational systems for case management. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in litigation. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline litigation workflows.
