AVP Private Equity Fund Finance

We're hiring for a high-impact AVP/Manager level role within the Private Equity Finance Operations group. This team sits at the core of fund administration and operations, working hand-in-hand with deal teams, fund counsel, and tax advisors across complex investment structures and cross-border transactions.Why this role stands out: Direct exposure to deal teams and portfolio company activity High visibility with senior leadership (COO/CFO/Head of Finance) Opportunity to lead and mentor junior staff (both in NY and offshore) Involvement in technology transformation, automation, and reporting optimization Fast-paced, collaborative culture with a top-tier team What you'll do: Oversee end-to-end investment transaction support and closing processes Collaborate with accounting, legal, and tax teams to ensure accurate fund reporting Manage capital call/distribution reviews, fund credit facilities, and LPA compliance Handle internal fund metric reporting and dry powder forecasts Engage directly with investors and auditors Drive process improvements and support ad hoc projects across the platform What we're looking for: 6+ years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or fund operations (private equity focus strongly preferred) Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus Strong accounting/technical skills and a detail-oriented mindset Strong communicator, problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Prior experience working with fund structures, LPA compliance, and investment supportIf you're ready to step into a dynamic and high-performing private equity environment where you’ll play a critical role in fund operations and investment execution, let’s connect.
