Strong builder culture, low ego, and real ownership across the board.About the RoleThis is a true infrastructure-focused software engineering role where you’ll help build the foundation for scaling AI systems and product velocity. This is not traditional SRE. You’ll be writing production code daily, owning systems end to end, and shaping how the company builds and deploys going forward.What You’ll Do• Build and own core infrastructure powering AI-driven systems• Write production-level code across backend and infra layers• Design scalable systems for rapid experimentation and deployment• Improve developer velocity by removing bottlenecks across the stack• Partner closely with engineers to ship and iterate quicklyQualifications• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on coding experience• Background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or platform engineering• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and modern backend systems• Proven ability to build systems from scratch in fast-paced environments• Must be an actual builder someone who writes real code, not just config or automationCompensation$200K–$300K base + meaningful equity + full benefitsAbout Code Red PartnersAt Code Red Partners, we’re deeply committed to working with equal-opportunity employers and helping to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
