Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: New Jersey City, NJ (Onsite role) Duration: Long-Term Contracting role Experience: 15+ Final interview F2F Must Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-performance applications aligned with enterprise standards and business requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintainenterprise-grade full-stack applicationsusing Java and modern front-end technologies. Develop robust and scalable backend services usingJava, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful APIs . Develop reusable UI components, services, modules, and front-end architectures following industry best practices. Design and implement secure, scalableREST APIs and microservicesfor integration with internal and external systems. Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions. Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Work closely with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and responsive applications. Implement application security practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure API development. Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with DevOps teams to supportCI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and application monitoring . Follow JPMC enterprise development standards, coding guidelines, security policies, and SDLC processes. Work effectively in a large-scale financial services environment with multiple technology and business stakeholders.
