This role supports inventory control by assisting with cycle counts, analyzing discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing transactions.Job Duties:Maintain inventory accuracy through documentation review and system verificationAssist with physical inventory and cycle countsAnalyze and resolve inventory discrepancies when possibleAudit incoming and outgoing transactions for quality and accuracyCompile and document transactions for data entryAnalyze inventory data, material movement, and related issuesCommunicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customersIdentify process improvements and support continuous improvement effortsQualifications:Prior experience in inventory control, material accounting, or cycle countingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw dataProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn new processes and systemsExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
