This role combines leadership oversight with individual contribution, ensuring strong team performance while actively driving referral growth and community engagement within assigned markets.The individual will adapt their portfolio based on organizational priorities, including expansion into growth markets and evolving community needs.Salary: $80,000-$85,000Travel: 30%-40% requiredThis role will report to the Senior Managing Director of Activations.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OversightLead, coach, and support the Community Outreach team to achieve regional and organizational goalsSet clear performance expectations, monitor outcomes, and provide ongoing feedback and developmentEnsure consistency in outreach practices, messaging, and reporting across the teamPartner with leadership to identify priorities, allocate resources, and support market expansion Outreach Strategy & Execution Execute regional outreach strategies aligned with company growth objectivesAnalyze market data and community insights to inform outreach prioritiesTrack and report on individual and team performance metrics, including referral trends and engagement outcomesEnsure effective coverage of target markets through both personal and team efforts Brand Representation & Communication Serve as a key ambassador of Intercare Therapy's mission and servicesEnsure all outreach efforts reflect brand standards and organizational valuesSupport the development and refinement of outreach messaging and materialsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in community outreach, business development, or healthcare marketing.Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferredExperience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or education strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage relationships while leading a teamStrong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to balance leadership responsibilities with individual performance goalsKey CompetenciesLeadership and team developmentRelationship management and influenceStrategic execution and adaptabilityData-driven decision-makingCollaboration and cross-functional partnership
