CMT Reporting Coordinator - Construction Materials Testing

STL Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized CMT Reporting Coordinator to support our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team. This role is responsible for managing, reviewing, and coordinating the timely delivery of inspection and testing reports to clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures accuracy, and maintains strong communication between field technicians, engineers, and clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation, review, and distribution of CMT reports (soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.) Create and maintain tabulation logs for projects Ensure all reports meet company quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines Review reports for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before final submission Track report turnaround times and prioritize urgent client requests Collaborate with field technicians, project managers, and engineers to resolve missing or unclear data Maintain organized digital records of all reports and project documentation Assist in managing reporting workflows and improving internal processes for efficiency Communicate with clients regarding report status, revisions, and delivery timelines Support compliance with applicable industry standards and internal QA/QC procedures Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
