CNC Expert Programmer and Machinist

Autodesk Fusion CAD/CAM proficiency is a must.4+ Axis machining experience is a must (5-7 Axis desired)Send resumes to:ops@tooltechoftexas.comCNC Experts should be able to:- Provide accurate estimates for material usage, tooling requirements, fixture requirements, andcycle times to support bids/estimates for sales inquiries.- Receive an engineering print and sufficient stock materials and and single handedly, without supervision,produce 100% finished parts that are:o - On Timeo - To Specificationo - Inspected/De-burred/Cleaned and ready for deliveryThis requires ability and proficiency in CAD/CAM programming, primarily only being given PDF drawings.In some instances we are provided solid models, (.STEP files). More often, we only have PDF drawings.CNC Experts should also:- Have robust understanding of:o Multi-Axis CNC Programming, set-up, and machining of 5 to 7 axis turning and millingo Feedrates for multiple material types, primarily aluminum, alloy steel, stainless steel,and Inconel 625/718.o Fixturing / Work holding (how to chuck up on something quickly and cut chips)o Order of operations (what features to machine first so that the part turns out correct)o Heat Treating, Grinding, and other Outside Processeso Inspection methods and equipmento Metric to Standard conversiono Communicate clearly when there is information missing on a printo Communicate clearly when there are any issues that cause a part to be out of specification and delay the delivery
