If you are looking to join a great team, have a background in the dental industry, are an outgoing and upbeat individual, who is extremely organized, able to work independently, and a go getter who enjoys working in a fast-paced high-volume environment - Apply Today!What you will be doing:Welcome and check-in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient informationMaintain a professional welcome area; keep area clear by ensuring trash is taken out, areas are clean, floors are free of debris and supplies are stockedMaintains front office supplies inventory and supply ordering via KanBan systemAssist patients in filling out required formsSchedule, cancel, reschedule and confirm patient appointments as neededMaintains (EDR) electronic dental records, documentation, and filesEndeavors to keep patients on schedule and communicates with provider(s) accordingly to make the most of provider and staff time.Manage patient relations and resolve patient problems; escalate to Office Manager as neededCharge patients at time of treatment and present financial options. Answer any documentation or billing questions.Discuss with patients the required insurance deductibles & co-pays, balances due, purchase of dental products. Enter payment details in the patient's ledgerMake any necessary follow-up appointments or reminders to follow-upFile insurance claims and track their progressChecks faxes and files reports and documents electronicallyParticipates in the medical office emergency routine when requiredMaintain petty cashPerform office duties such as document filing, scanning, and copyingSupport Marketing efforts including requesting patient referralsMaintain facility and records in accordance with HIPAA regulationsWhat you will need:Dental Experience preferredImplant Experience preferredOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.Excellent phone, written and in-person communication skillsKnowledge of dental office front desk daily tasks and routineKnowledge of basic dental terminology and CDT codesKnowledge of dental insurance and billingProfessional manner and appearanceComputer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.To Learn More About Us: Hudson Dental ArtsPay RangeUSD $19.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
