Based in Southern California, we employ more than 300 people globally, many of whom have dedicated their lives to neonatal care.For more information, please visit www.prolacta.comHow You Will ContributeThis role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and develop your professional skills by:Support research and perform biological or chemical assays per the established procedures or guidelines (such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, particle-size analyzer and others).Compile and analyze experimental data.Support on-going product characterization, stability study and data analysis.Perform study tasks to support R&D and/or Operations projects, including writing summary report.Write protocols or summary reportsPerform documentation change requestPrepare, ship and track samples to external laboratories or sites.What You Bring To The RoleEnrolled (junior/senior) or newly graduated from accredited colleges or universities with good academic standingMajoring in Biological Science, Chemistry, Food Science or Engineering (bio/chemical) degreeMUST have prior experience with engineering, chemistry or biology laboratory (such as laboratory courses)Flexible work hours, including some mandatory early morning and late-night shiftsOther Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Attention to detailSelf-motivation, adaptability, organization and a positive attitudeGood written and oral communicationHow Prolacta Benefits YouTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
