Lawn care specialist

Job Description From the Ground Up is looking to hire a full time Lawn care and mowing specialist in the Chippewa Valley.Duties Include:· Operating a commercial 60" Exmark zero turn mower· Operating a commercial walk behind mower· Operating a Stihl string trimmer· Operating a Stihl backpack blower· Operating a truck with a utility trailer· Weeding and bed maintenance· Application of fertilizer and pesticides· Performing other lawn care, irrigation and landscaping tasks as neededQualifications:· Experience is preferred but not required· Motivated with a desire to learn· Possess a positive work ethic and have good attention to detail· Ability to work independently· Good communication· Ability to lift 50 lbs.· Must be at least 18 years old to applyPosition requirements:· Ability to actively work on feet for an entire day· Must have reliable transportation· Must possess a valid driver's license· Maintain a clean driving record· Typical hours range between 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday· Must be willing to work 35+ hours per weekSeasonal job:· Optional year round employment available assisting with plowing, snow blowing and snow shoveling dutiesPay/Benefits:· $18.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience and growth in the company)· Retirement plan options available after one year of employment· Health insurance is not providedPlease email resume or any questions you may have to info@fromthegroundupec.com
