AI Architect

Job Title: AI ArchitectJob Location: Washington, D.C (Onsite - 5 Days from Office) - Need local candidatesType of Hire : Full timeMode of interview - VirtualJob description -• Software engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML engineering, AI-augmented development tooling, or developer productivity platforms.• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer) and the ability to evaluate and configure them for enterprise use.• Strong background in software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows (Git, pull request review, automated testing).• Experience designing and implementing SAST, secrets scanning, and code governance frameworks in regulated or enterprise environments.• Proven ability to design developer measurement programs and translate productivity data into executive-level recommendations.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical teams and senior leadership.• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or building custom AI agents/skills is highly desirable.
