This is not your typical 9-to-5 assistant role; it’s a high-impact, high-trust position that requires full dedication, flexibility, and a startup mindset.You will work directly with our CEO, who works long hours (16–18 hours/day), and you'll provide comprehensive, around-the-clock support across all aspects of executive operations. If you are looking to grow in the worlds of technology, consulting, and business leadership, and can keep up with it, this is your launchpad.Who You AreRecent Computer Science or Engineering graduate (or equivalent)Exceptionally organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligentAble to work off-hours, weekends, and travel frequently without constraintsThrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments where priorities shift fastInterested in working closely with the C-suite and learning how real business and engineering strategy works at the topKey ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling conflicts with precisionTravel and support domestic and international travel, conferences, and eventsDraft, proofread, and organize presentations, reports, agendas, and documentationAttend meetings (virtually or in-person), take notes, and follow up on action itemsOrganize and maintain files, confidential records, and cross-functional communicationAct as the CEO’s eyes and ears, interfacing with internal teams, vendors, and clientsCoordinate office logistics, technology setup, and event planning as neededAssist with light project management, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverablesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (mandatory)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, and project management toolsWillingness and ability to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationallyComfortable working odd hours, including weekends and holidaysPassionate about technology, startups, and executive leadershipPrevious experience supporting executives in a consulting, startup, or tech environmentFamiliarity with basic engineering terms, Fintech, or software project lifecyclesRequired skills and knowledgeResourcefulness OrganizationTechnical Foundation Strong communication High level of detail orientation Readiness to go the extra mile Technology affinity Problem-solvingSelf-starterCompensation $20 - 25/hrOur ProcessSchedule a 15-minute Video Call with someone from our TeamProctored GQ Tests (< 1 hours)30-45 min Final Video InterviewReceive Job OfferIf you are interested in reaching out to us, please apply, and our team will contact you within the hour.
