The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of revenue cycle leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a director level or higher. Experience in critical access hospitals or rural healthcare is also preferred. Applicants for the Interim Director of Revenue Cycle position at the company should possess a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid billing, reimbursement models, and payer compliance. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and EHR billing systems is essential, with experience in Oracle Health being a plus.
