Weekend Shift Artisan

Position Summary The Petite Keep Artisan is responsible for handcrafting personalized keepsake products with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and care. This role involves assembling, finishing, inspecting, and packaging products while maintaining company quality standards and production goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. This position is for the weekend shift. Friday - Sunday 5AM-5:30PM. Key Responsibilities Assemble and craft personalized keepsake products according to production standards Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship before shipment Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily goals Handle materials and products with care to maintain product integrity Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation Communicate production or quality concerns to leadership promptly Support inventory organization and material preparation as needed Assist with packaging and shipping during peak production periods Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow Follow all company safety and operational procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work with hands for extended periods performing repetitive tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Previous manufacturing, assembly, crafting, or production experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds Repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the production floor Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
