Cath Lab Technician Pay Rate: $60-$70 per hour Cath Lab Technician HOURS: 4 day / 9.5 hour shift - 7AM-5PM Position Summary: Primary functions of the Registered Nurse are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency and assume the responsibility for coordination of care. Cath Lab Technician Job Responsibilities: Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc. Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data. Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure. Assess and manage access site, and inform physician. Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab. Prepare patient for procedures. Cath Lab Technician Requirements Licensed Radiologic Technologist. RCIS certification preferred. BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required.
