Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Experience with cardiac and vasoactive drip titration (Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Levophed up to 5 mcg). Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, blood product administration, CIWA, and drain/tube management. Experience with insulin drips (DKA and non-DKA), continuous bladder irrigation, and chest tube maintenance.
