The ideal candidate will lead front-end development initiatives, architect enterprise-grade applications, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise web applications using Angular.Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end solutions.Mentor and guide junior and senior developers through code reviews and technical leadership.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX/UI teams, and backend developers.Define front-end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.Integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party applications.Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and application security initiatives.Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with organizational standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.12+ years of software development experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v10+).Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap.Experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications.Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, and Angular CLI.Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Micro Frontends Architecture.Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of Node.js, Java, .NET, or Spring Boot backend technologies.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SSO implementations.Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, and Jest.Prior experience leading distributed development teams.
