Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Finance and Audit domains.The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules, strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes, and experience supporting complex enterprise environments. Experience working with Federal/Government clients is preferred but not mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Techno-Functional support for Oracle EBS FinancialsSupport finance operations including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)Perform financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reportingDevelop SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reportingSupport month-end and year-end financial processesReview and validate system configurations, workflows, and role-based securityEnsure compliance with internal controls and governance standardsAssist with internal and external audit requests, documentation, and remediationAnalyze and resolve finance-related production issuesDevelop custom reports, interfaces, and functional specificationsCollaborate with Finance, Compliance, and IT stakeholdersRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)Proven experience as a Finance and Audit Domain ExpertStrong SQL/PLSQL development skillsDeep understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and audit complianceExperience with segregation of duties (SoD) and governance controlsExcellent documentation and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Federal/Government clientsActive or prior Federal Security Clearance (preferred)Strong knowledge of Federal financial reporting standardsOracle certifications (preferred)Experience supporting large enterprise finance environments
