This position is not eligible for H1B Sponsorshop.**POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator of Education Development is responsible for the processes of development, implementation, and sustainment of education and professional development. This includes creating and consulting on educational materials, providing training sessions, and delivering presentations related to a broad range of activities, while supporting a blended learning environment. The Coordinator supports the creation of pathways in clinical and non-clinical concepts or skills to meet regulatory and compliance measures within learning management systems (LMS, learning experience platforms (LXP) or other learning technologies). Performs as an online learning management developer to optimize e-learning technologies and macromedia that support training, education, and regulatory/compliance programs.This position requires onsite work at Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Evergreen Park, IL.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:EducationBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Management, Communications or Health Care related fieldOR Associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience in education, training, instructional design, web technology, businessExperience1 year experience in utilization of eLearning technologyOther Skills/ KnowledgeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.Willingness to travel to all OSF HealthCare service areas.Preferred QualificationsExperience: 1 year experience working in a healthcare settingOther Skills/ Knowledge: Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systemsOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
