Senior Program Manager

This organisation works with a significant portion of Fortune 500 companies, delivering expertise in strategy, design, execution, and operations to unlock business value and accelerate change.The Role Lead the business-side execution of a large-scale core administration platform transformation. Serve as the primary point of coordination between business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners. Drive integrated planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and readiness activities across multiple operational areas. Partner with business leaders to define future-state processes, business requirements, and adoption strategies. Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions while providing actionable recommendations. Lead business readiness efforts including change management, training coordination, cutover planning, parallel testing, and post-go-live support.What You'll Need PMP Certification (required). End-to-end QNXT implementation experience (required). 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong background in healthcare insurance or health plan operations. Proven experience leading enterprise system implementations or platform transformation programs.
