As a Bilingual Associate Area Manager, you'll lead, train, and support Foremen to deliver top-quality service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on motivating teams, setting high standards, and making a tangible impact in commercial landscaping operations.Pay: $26.00 - $36.00/hourSigning Bonus: $1,000 (conditions apply; QAL required)Education & Experience:High school diploma/GED or 4 years of related experience.6+ years of commercial landscaping experience.Licenses & Certifications:Valid driver's license (required).Pesticide License (required).Certified Landscape Technician (preferred).Skills & Abilities:Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Safe operation and training on commercial landscaping equipment.Knowledge of pruning, fertilization, herbicide applications, and seasonal plant care.Excellent understanding of safety regulations.Ability to read maps and plan routes efficiently.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Bilingual in English/Spanish (required).Conflict resolution and team motivation abilities.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.Regular bending, climbing, balancing, and working outdoors in all weather.Occasional exposure to loud noise, fumes, and chemicals (PPE provided).Essential Duties:Mentor, train, and retain Foremen to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.Oversee daily job site activities and provide indirect supervision to crews.Plan, organize, and coordinate landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and turf care.Enforce operational procedures and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.Schedule work according to priorities, crew/equipment availability, and weather conditions.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets client specifications and contract requirements.Monitor budgets and key performance goals with Area and Branch Managers.Conduct weekly payroll duties.Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe, working condition.Lead by example-step in to assist crews when needed to meet deadlines.Total RewardsWe offer a Total Rewards package to help you thrive professionally and personally:Competitive pay ($26-$36/hour)$1,000 signing bonus (conditions apply)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid Life/AD&D insuranceRetirement savings plansPaid Time Off starting at 2 weeks/yearPaid holidays, sick pay, jury duty, and bereavement leaveOn-demand pay through DailyPayReferral bonusesEducation assistance and career advancement programsEmployee Assistance ProgramGym membership and mobile carrier discounts
