Construction Supervisor - Residential & Commercial

Job Overview Square B, LLC construction of Grand Rapids is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential home building and remodeling projects. This is a full-time, overtime eligible, “hands-on” position, working 40-45 hours per week. Pay rate is negotiable, depending on experience. Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of: 3-4 years residential construction experience 2 years directly related supervisory experience Valid drivers license Experience: - Must possess an excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods - Proficient with use of electrical and manual equipment and tools - Ability to meet deadlines with a demonstrated history of low rework - Must follow safety guidelines - Good understanding of basic math - Good to excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Able to promote a positive team work environment Benefits (available after 90-days) IRA Retirement Plan with Company match of up to 4% Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health Insurance Stipend Fuel Allowance * Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
