Overview We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office management. Duties Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls Coordinate training development programs for employees Maintain phone etiquette standards in all communications Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding and record-keeping Organize and maintain office files and documents Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently -Speaks Spanish and English Skills Proficient in office management procedures and practices Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts effectively Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus Familiarity with filing systems and document management Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls professionally -Bachelors or associates Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
